Reiki & Energy Work

Treatments and/or Attunements

Reiki, is a health modality that assists our natural way to heal. Its the same energy that gives us the four seasons, and many say the life force vitality in all things. Our bodies, innately, have this life force energy, but due to stress, injury, emotional trauma or sickness, it can become depleted, blocked or inefficient. Our energetic system can get to a point where it can not cope, and thus, a build-up of toxins or energetic imbalances can result. Many shamans refer to this as "dis-ease."

Receiving Reiki, gives the opportunity for the client to return towards balance and wholeness. I like to say its like putting a gas additive into your fuel tank. It cleans out all the pipes, lets energy pass more freely and you are able to live more in balance.

Reiki is considered a “hands-on” practice, but is not always required. The trained Reiki Practitioner, will channel this healing energy through out your system, resulting in a delightfully peaceful and healing experience.

Reiki Treatments:

30 Minutes - $30
60 Minutes with chakra balancing - $60

Reiki Attunements:

Level One - This attunes you to the energy of Reiki. It helps align your energy bodies and helps the energy flow freely through you, including your chakras, meridians and auric field. Its good for those who want to eliminate blocks and be more in tune with this universal energy. You will also receive the gift to share with others. I consider this an apprentice level. - $150
Level Two - In level two, you will receive three symbols that will increase your ability to share the gift with others. You will also be able to be considered a Reiki Practioner and begin your own reiki practice. - $150
Level Three - This is the Master Practioner level. You will receive the Master symbol and should at a place in your practice where you are sharing the gift daily. - $150
Master Teacher Level - You will receive the Master Teacher attunement and symbol and will be able to attune others. Its a progression for the natural teacher and energy worker and one who wants to help others give the energy. - $150

Massage Therapy

As a licensed massage therapist, Richelle brings her energy work to new levels. By utilizing circulatory work, swedish, myofascial and clinical techniques, with the energy work, new levels of health a wellness can be reached. Richelle also continues her own private studies in holistic health, especially alternative, herbal therapies.

CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy is a light-touch modality that releases tensions deep in the body via restrictions within the craniosacral system. The craniosacral system are the soft tissues and fluid that protect your brain and spinal cord. Stress, tension, disease and trauma can all affect this system adversely, thus having a negative affect on the central nervous system and then the rest of the body.
